CHEESECAKE FACTORY FANS TASTE TEST A STAGGERING 33 DESSERTS - AND RANK THE MENU BEST TO WORST

Ever been overwhelmed by The Cheesecake Factory's sweet menu and don't know where to start?

Well, in a bid to help diners navigate the selection, four foodies went about taste testing 33 flavors and offering their verdict on each. 

YouTube creators Jacob and Lucas Cruikshank joined forces with their other siblings, Allie and Ethan, to put dozens of sweet slices to the test. 

Firstly, they start off with a wedge of the 'original,' which features a simple recipe combining a Graham Cracker crust and sour cream topping.

The stripped back flavor leaves the quartet divided but in the end, they decide to put it in the middle of their rating chart, which is labeled 'cheesy in the best way' and 'cheesy in the wort way' at opposing ends.

From the 'original,' the cheesecake flavors get more wacky and wonderful as they go, with some of the funkier recipes including the Cinnabon Cinnamon Swirl Cheesecake and the Chocolate Caramelicious Cheesecake Made with Snickers.

One flavor which causes excitement is the Celebration Cheesecake. 

Reading the ingredients from his laptop, Ethan explains to viewers that the colorful slice contains 'layers of vanilla cake, cheesecake, strawberry, chocolate and vanilla mousse with cream cheese frosting.'

Meanwhile, Jacob exclaims: '[The] design and the way it looks, I want to rate it high because it's so cute. It reminds me of a picture book.'

But on having a spoonful, the food connoisseur is let down. 

He muses: 'It doesn't live up to my expectations... It's so basic to me.'

Another flavor which fails to impress the tasting panel is the Low-Licious Cheesecake, which is gluten free, low carb and made with no added sugar. 

They also point out that it is the lowest calorie cheesecake, with just 570 calories a slice. 

As she takes a bite, Allie reveals: 'It's way easier to get down... you can tell it's light.' 

Jacob agrees on the airy consistency, as he also gives it a whirl. 

But all of the Cruikshanks agree that the artificial sweetener taste is a little disconcerting. 

After taking a break at half time and continuing on their taste testing quest, the four foodies complete all 33 slices of cheesecake. 

Overall, they said the best option on the menu is the Caramel Pecan Turtle Cheesecake, while they gave the Cookie Dough Lover's Cheesecake with Pecans the lowest rating. 

All of them agreed that the pecan flavor did not work with the cookie dough. 

Lucas said after eating a forkful: 'I got some weird taste, it actually threw me.

'Like I was eating it and I was all happy then like a boomerang... I stopped that!'

Following their taste test adventure, the Cruikshanks also noted that the desserts tasted more like puddings rather than cheesecakes because of the mix of ingredients and textures.  

The Cheesecake Factory Bakery was founded in 1972 by husband and wife duo Oscar and Evelyn Overton. 

It was a wholesale venture - but it failed to gain traction from restaurateurs early on. 

Instead, the Overtons had the smart idea to open a restaurant of their own and sell their cakes.

They opened in Beverly Hills in 1978, and soon business boomed. 

The shop was so packed that they often couldn't seat everyone. 

From there, they opened another location in California, then in Washington, D.C. - and now the Cheesecake Factory has 200 locations across the world, raking in a revenue of $3.3 billion a year.
