There are currently twelve Bomber Cookies to choose from in Cookie Run: Kingdom (once players have unlocked them). The following examples are some of the best Bombers, so players can choose the Cookies here that are best suited to their teams in both PvE and PvP modes.
Affogato Cookie

Though not the strongest of the Bomber Cookies, Affogato Cookie is a great beginner to mid-tier level Cookie once players unlock him. Affogato Cookie's Sweet Scheme Skill will curse the enemy on the opposing team with the highest attack level.
When this enemy is cursed, they won't be able to reap the benefits of any buffs that can be dispelled. Debuffs will also be amplified. As well as that, Sweet Scheme will also inflict Poison damage on the enemy inflicted by the curse and their teammates. The poison will also spread and cause area damage.
Prune Juice Cookie

Prune Juice Cookie is a bit of a recluse, but his skills in potion-making and chemistry are second to none. As a Bomber type, Prune Juice Cookie is a good choice thanks to his strong special skill along with his ability to summon helpful creatures in battle. His regular attack will poison the enemy furthest away from him and inflict Poison damage on them and any enemies close by.
When he throws his Prune Juice Potion for his special skill, it will boost the damage of the Poison debuff - and add some extra Poison for good measure - while also inflicting the Sticky Goo debuff and summoning creatures called Prune Juice Jellies. These creatures are immune to any debuffs that cause periodic damage, but they can't reap the benefits of Healing or Shield buffs. They can also withstand a maximum of 30 hits before they disappear.
Street Urchin Cookie

Street Urchin Cookie is a rough and ready Bomber Type whose skills revolve around using her Black Tiger motorcycle as a weapon (as well as a means of transportation). Rather than throwing an item into the enemy team, as most of the Bomber Cookies do, Street Urchin Cookie rides her motorcycle directly into the enemy team when she uses her special skill. This will briefly stun them and deal Fire damage as the bike explodes.

Street Urchin Cookie's critical percentage chance will also increase, and any attacks will inflict both the Fire and Burn damage debuff to the enemy. Fire-type attack damage can become more powerful if any teammates or Street Urchin Cookie have inflicted Burn damage beforehand. Not only that, but when using the skill, Street Urchin Cookie will be resistant to any interrupting effects for a moment.
Black Lemonade Cookie

Black Lemonade Cookie is also a little different from some of the other Bomber Types in that she doesn't physically throw anything into the enemy team to cause area damage, nor does she catapult herself into them, as Street Urchin Cookie does. Instead, she plays her electric guitar, and the sound waves will travel towards the enemy and affect them. When she uses her special skill, the chords that Black Lemonade Cookie plays will deal damage to the enemy with the highest health.
The chords cause Zap damage, decrease enemy defenses, and apply a debuff that will increase the critical damage that the bad guys receive. As well as causing havoc among the enemy team with debuffs and Zap damage, Black Lemonade Cookie will also excite her team with her Electrifying Rock Spirit buff. Not only does this make her power and damage output stronger when attacking the enemy with the most health, but it also causes her allies to build up their Electrifying Rock! charge if they get a critical hit or deal Zap damage when the buff is active. When Electrifying Rock! is completely charged, the team will deal even more damage to enemies.
Pinecone Cookie

Pinecone Cookie is an adorable forest keeper who has a different position in the team in comparison to the other Bomber Types. Bomber Cookies are usually found in the Middle or the Rear positions in team composition, but Pinecone Cookie is right at the front of the action as they take on a Front position. Pinecone Cookie is one of the best Bombers in Cookie Run: Kingdom due to their Magic Candy skill along with their special attack.
Their special attack is a standard bomb called the Pinecone Bomb. This bomb deals Ice area damage and stuns targets with the Frost debuff. The Tree Golem element makes this special attack a little more powerful than others. Pinecone Cookie climbs upon a Tree Golem when this special ability is active. Not only is their maximum health increased when they are riding the golem, but the two allies with the highest attack will also be healed. Pinecone Cookie also has the Snowy Forest Magic Candy ability, which increases the damage resistance and defense of the Tree Golem while also making them resistant to any debuffs that affect attack speed.
Captain Caviar Cookie

Much like Pinecone Cookie, Captain Caviar Cookie also has a Magic Candy skill, which puts him in the top tier of Bomber Cookies. This sea captain is all about dealing Water damage with his torpedoes. When the skill is active, he summons his Black Shark submarine which fires three torpedoes that not only cause Water area damage and reduce enemy defenses but also give teammates a brief resistance to debuffs.
The Black Shark Torpedo is upgraded to mark two if players upgrade Captain Caviar Cookie's Magic Candy Skill. The upgraded skill causes a chain reaction of explosions and the damage caused will bypass any enemy damage resistance.

The beautiful mermaid that is Sea Fairy Cookie is an excellent addition to any team as a Bomber type. She is a Legendary Cookie, so it isn't easy for players to get their hands on her. If players do manage to unlock Sea Fairy Cookie, they can use her special skill to launch a water stream at enemies. The water stuns the five enemies closest to her and does some damage.
After a moment, the water will pool beneath enemies and burst upwards, creating a pillar of water that does even more damage. If players unlock Sea Fairy Cookie's Crystal Jam Skill, she can summon a huge, damaging wave to overwhelm enemies. The wave does Water damage, stuns, and pushes enemies backward.
White Lily Cookie

The best Bomber Cookie in Cookie Run: Kingdom is undoubtedly White Lily Cookie, though players will have a very difficult time trying to unlock her as she is an Ancient Cookie, one of the rarest kinds. White Lily Cookie is the best Bomber as she does a huge amount of damage, but is also able to heal her allies.
When using her special skill, White Lily Cookie hurls a white lily bud that deals damage and ensnares enemies in thick Vines that stop them from using abilities or moving. She also activates Lily Restoration when using White Lily Bud, which will purify allies by removing debuffs while healing them too. White Lily Cookie herself will also be resistant to debuffs.
