In Elden Ring, cookbooks are key items that reveal recipes for crafting new consumable and ammunition items. These cookbooks are spread across the game world, and they aren't easy to come by. Finding these items without help may require thorough exploration of the game's world.
With the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC, Elden Ring has introduced a collection of new cookbooks, including the St. Trina’s Disciple’s Cookbooks, which allow you to craft a variety of eternal sleep-inducing items. Here’s where you can find all three St. Trina’s Disciple’s Cookboks in Shadow of the Erdtree.
This guide will make it easy for players to find all seven of the Forager Brood Cookbooks in Elden Ring's Shadow of the Erdtree DLC.
To find and acquire St. Trina’s Disciple’s first cookbook, begin your journey from the Cerulean Coast Cross Site of Grace, and ride a short distance northeast while sticking to the elevated rocks.
As you reach the end of the elevated cliffs, jump onto the large ruins and head north. As you reach the end of the ruined structure, jump off it to reach another elevated area with a withered tree. The first St. Trina’s Disciple’s Cookbook can be collected from a corpse near the withered tree.

St. Trina’s Disciple’s second cookbook is located in the southernmost region of the Cerulean Coast. You can reach this location by starting your journey from the Cerulean Coast Cross Site of Grace.
Refer to the image map above, and start by riding northwest from the Site of Grace, and then turn southwest after a short ride. Continue riding south until you eventually reach a large and elevated oval region, and then ride to the eastern edge of the cliff to pick up St. Trina’s Disciple’s second cookbook from a corpse.

The third St. Trina’s Disciple’s Cookbook is located in the cave where you find St. Trina. Reaching this location requires exploring the Stone Coffin Fissure, a ruined dungeon, located in the Cerulean Coast.
To reach St. Trina’s cave, you must first defeat the dungeon’s main boss, the Putrescent Knight, and then discover the Garden of Deep Purple Site of Grace. Head northwest from the Grace to find St. Trina, and to her east is the final St. Trina’s Disciple’s Cookbook.
